Ane Lowe

I was born in Mexico City, and grew up in McAllen Texas, with Cuban and Basque roots. My rich family heritage inspired a true sense of wanderlust, and I look forward to traveling at any moment that I can. I left a career in Private Banking after 9 years to pursue a career as a luxury travel advisor because it allowed me to combine my appreciation of building and managing relationships with my love of travel.

I started a blog called The Hungry Chronicles blog in 2013 out of my fascination with travel and food. Thankfully I was able to leverage that into a full-service luxury travel consulting business in early 2017. I jump at the opportunity to go on a trip any time it presents itself, whether it be a fun weekend getaway in the US or an impromptu trip to another country! I look forward to continuing to share my travel escapades and food adventures with my clients and readers.

I’ve been incredibly lucky to travel all over this planet to visit family in Barcelona, Bakio and San Sebastian in Spain, enjoy a true culinary adventure throughout Tuscany, travel to the magnificent beaches of Phuket, and take a little jaunt with my husband to French Polynesia. I was able to make a pilgrimage to Middle Earth to the home of the hobbits (New Zealand), and roadtrip all throughout Scotland. One of my mottos is “I will travel for food.”
