She is best known for her endless curiosity and unrelenting enthusiasm. She has also been known to make proclamations such as “get out of your comfort zone”.

Some of her favorite travel experiences include:

• Seeing the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, Cape Buffalo, African Elephant) animals in South Africa followed by the most deliciously creative dining experience that looked and felt like a Dutch painting.
• Having close encounters with playful gray whales while cruising Mexico's Magdalena Bay.
• Taking a bush bath followed by a scenic air flight on our way to gorilla trekking in Uganda.
• Driving through the charming & scenic villages of Morocco's Ouarzazate and Atlas Mountains.
• Walking through the spiritual and serene Okunoin cemetery in Mt Koya, Japan. On that same trip, she went waterfall rappelling and dry canyoning.
