Traveling and exploring other cultures and unique experiences has been my passion since childhood. Being in the travel industry is not simply a job but a grand love affair. I have never traveled to a place where I haven't found beauty in the people, places, and experiences that continue to enrich my life.

As a 28-year industry veteran who has traveled all seven continents, I understand the impact travel has on our lives and believe creating travel memories is the best job in the world. As Chief Strategy Officer at First In Service, I oversee our global partnerships, marketing, communications and our branch network teams.

My in-depth knowledge of the travel industry and destinations allows me to create true partnerships between our travel advisors, clients, and supplier partners to create lasting experiences.

Luxury travel companies consistently consult me for my expertise, and I currently serve on leading global travel agency advisory boards, including Travel+Leisure, Accor Luxury Collective, Preferred Hotel Group, and Marriott Luxury (MILUX).
