I grew up in London and moved to South Africa in my early twenties. From there I moved on to Dubai and at that time there was one red light and one roundabout. Those were like the old Colonial days. I travelled to Iran, Oman, Lebanon and Egypt whilst I was there. Three years later I was transferred to Brussels and lived there for six before moving to the USA.

Belgium had more public holidays that anywhere else in Europe so I got to travel extensively on the Continent - I was a keen skier at the time and skied many resorts in the Alps.

I have had my own agency in Mandeville, Louisiana for over 30 years.

Switzerland is one of my favorite destinations, which I visit most years in the summer. I have been a Swiss Specialist since its inception back in 1996.

Apart from Europe, I love Australia and have been an Aussie and Premier Specialist since its inception. I just took my 10th trip and visited Hayman and Hamilton Islands plus the Australia Zoo....it has really grown since I was last there. Also, being a New Zealand specialist, I can assist with itineraries to both destinations. I have slept in an underground hotel in Coober Pedy, climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, eaten a witchetty grub, flown in a hot air balloon and ridden a camel. Down Under, you will find great wineries, restaurants, activities and people!
