A luxury vacation is not just a trip. It is an investment in yourself, your happiness and in the memories that you will cherish for years to come. And just like any other important investment, it's best if you leave the planning and execution in the hands of a professional. I have the expertise, skill and knowledge necessary to create a seamless, customized travel itinerary for you. I especially pride myself on the fact that my trips and tours are never cookie cutter. In fact, my goal is to always personalize every itinerary I create so that no two clients of mine will have the same experience, even if they're visiting the exact same location.
One of the ways I try to customize an itinerary is by selecting boutique hotels for my clients. Each has a unique charm and ambiance that the big chains just can't offer. In addition, boutique hotels typically do a better job of pampering their guests with excellent customer service and interesting amenities. That is why I love the Virtuoso program. Hotels that are part of Virtuoso offer our clients personalized experiences and services.
And because I'm an experienced traveler as well as a travel agent, I can also help you avoid major issues that could occur before and during your travels. For example, I recently booked accommodations in Cabo San Lucas for a client who had already arranged her own flights. Unfortunately, when this client got to the airport, she was told that her passport had expired. If I had booked her flights, I would have seen this problem immediately and alerted her so that she could have updated her passport in time for the trip.
I am also a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), having earned my designation from The Travel Institute, the oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization in the travel industry. These credentials require that I have at least 18 months of travel industry work experience, completed rigorous certification and testing, and continue to fulfill stringent education credit requirements each year. Much like an accountant or doctor with their respective credentials, my CTA designation means that I am committed to upholding the highest standards of my profession while providing expert advice to my customers.
