Kathy Waldman
The most important lessons Kathy has learned in life have come from her vast travel experiences. Her first international experience was a trip to Brazil when she was 11, where she explored Rio, Curitiba, and the extraordinary Iguazu Falls. During her junior year at Vanderbilt University, she was aboard Semester at Sea, visiting 12 countries while cruising 25,000 miles around the world. After graduation, she was awarded a fellowship in London where she worked at Lloyd's of London as an aviation insurance broker. She stayed overseas and received her MSc from the London School of Economics. Living, working, and studying for several years in London allowed easy access to Europe and the UK. Since then, she keeps overpacking and renewing her passport. Kathy and her husband, Matt, love to travel together and have prioritized travel for themselves and their three children. After moving back to Boston this summer after 18 years in Chicago, she is excited to explore the East Coast again. Martha's Vineyard is always home in the summer. Working as a luxury travel consultant puts her natural skills to work while merging enthusiasm, experience, and organization to make your travel experiences unique, rewarding, memorable, and smooth. She looks forward to helping you make memories with your friends and family. Kathy is also a Trustee of the US Olympic and Paralympic Foundation.
