Additional Guest, Pet & Resort Fees:

Room rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults per suite). A charge of $70 will be added to the nightly room rate for each additional person sixteen (16) years and older. Our spacious suites accommodate a maximum of 5 guests comfortably. (Santa Lucia suites accommodate a maximum of 3 guests comfortably). We are pet-passionate at Carmel Valley Ranch. Pets are welcome for a one-time pet fee of $195 per pet and receive a true Ranch-style welcome, including a doggy bed, water bowl, and pet amenity.

The cancellation policy is seven days before arrival by 11:59 pm to avoid a night's room and tax charge, except on holidays and special events.

Rates are subject to a 10.9% tax, a $7 daily county fee, and a $70 daily resort fee plus tax ($77.35).

The Daily Resort Fee allows our guests access to enjoy a wide variety of fantastic in-suite amenities and Ranch activities during their stay:
