Sustainability
Our Commitment
The Towers at Lotte New York Palace is committed to being an industry leader in sustainability. The hotel has implemented a Cogeneration Plant, the largest of its kind in NYC. This plant recycles heat and exhaust to produce energy and heat for the hotel. The system provides 35% of the heat in winter, 15% of cooling in the summer and 42% electricity year round, reducing our carbon footprint and making the hotel more energy efficient.
