Payment:

Forty percent of the programme cost must be received to confirm the booking and the remaining sixty per cent must be received no later than two calendar months before the beginning of the programme. Programme's that total £3,000 GBP and under must be paid in full on confirmation of the booking.

Sterling Pounds (£) is the ruling currency. All bank charges relating to our receiving the payment must be prepaid by the client. If payment is made by International Money Transfer a charge of £15.00 must be added to our invoice to cover bank charges.

Prices & Arrangements:

Once an itinerary is finalised and deposits have been received, a GBP £50.00 plus VAT revision fee will be charged for any significant changes. NoteWorthy is under no obligation to give a breakdown of costs involved in any tailor made or escorted program. For translation of any experiences there will be a charge advised at the time of enquiry.

Cancellation:

There will be a 30% cancellation charge (including VAT) if the entire programme or any experiences on it are cancelled more than two calendar months before the beginning of the programme. If the programme, or any part of it, or any places on it are cancelled less than one calendar month before the first day of the programme, the charge is one hundred per cent.

NoteWorthy reserves the right to change the rates and any programme content due to circumstances beyond our control, whilst also reserving the right to substitute a facility of an equivalent, or higher category where necessary.
