your accommodation by your private guide and vehicle for your tour to the Yarra
Valley.
Only a short one hour
drive from Melbourne, the Yarra Valley is one of Australia’s most picturesque
wine regions. With a beautiful backdrop of the Yarra Ranges as well as renowned
restaurants throughout the area, wine and food lovers alike will revel in
everything the Yarra Valley has to offer.
Explore the region, meeting local characters and
sampling wine from local wineries.
Enjoy a sumptuous lunch at one of the region’s picturesque
vineyard restaurants. From here it’s all down to your taste - choose to sample
artisanal cheese at Yarra Valley Dairy, bubbles at Domaine Chandon, stop in at
Four Pillars Gin distillery or enjoy an
indulgent visit to the scenic Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery.
On conclusion of the
tour, you will be transferred to your accommodation by approximately 5:00pm.

An easy one-hour drive from Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula provides a hedonistic combination of fabulous restaurants, fine wines and fresh regional produce; great golf courses, grand country homes and colourful local galleries; beautiful beaches, coastal walks and inviting seaside villages.

Today you will be met at
your accommodation by your private guide and vehicle for a full-day journey
through the Mornington Peninsula.
Visit a local farm that produces premium quality olives, grapes, herbs and vegetables. They also
raise sheep, chickens and fish and create delectable goodies from the fresh,
local produce.
Spend time in the kitchen with the chef mastering the concept of
‘paddock to plate’’. Cooking experiences vary according to the season, but may
include curing olives grown on the farm, creating handmade sausages in natural
skins using fresh herbs and spices from the garden, or making mouth-watering
gnocchi.
Later sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty of the natural
surroundings over lunch, eating and drinking some of the finest food and wine
the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
After lunch take a drive down the road to sample beautiful cool
climate wines, freshly made goats cheese from a local dairy or succulent
strawberries and cherries from the fruit farms in the area.

This morning you will be
met at your accommodation by your private specialist wine guide and vehicle for
a full day tour of the Barossa Valley wine country.
Today’s tour offers an
opportunity to visit and indulge in wines which have made the region celebrated
across the world; including the opportunity to "Taste you birth year" vintage direct from the barrel at the picturesque Seppetlsfield Estate and sample some of Penfold's premium wines.
A leisurely lunch of
regional food and wine will be provided at one of the region’s best restaurants.
On conclusion of the
tour, you will be transferred to your accommodation.

Early this morning you will be met at your accommodation by a representative of The Louise for your Breakfast with the Kangaroos tour.
The Barossa Valley is home to a large conservation park abundant with native Australian flora and fauna. The Louise has developed a unique experience that offers guests access to one of the simple pleasures of visiting regional Australia, seeing kangaroos up close in their natural habitat.
Your guide arrives at dawn for the 20-minute drive to the nearby conservation park. An easy bushwalk into the park leads to a clearing where families of kangaroos are enjoying their breakfast and your gourmet breakfast will be laid out on a picnic blanket in this scenic natural setting.
Upon conclusion of your tour you will be transferred to your accommodation at approximately 9:30am.
The rest of the day is at leisure.
While in the Barossa Valley region we suggest the following optional activities:
- Make your own blend at Penfolds, one of Australia's oldest and most iconic wineries
- Make a pit stop at Maggie's Farm Shop, an Australian icon, and take the opportunity to sample the products
- Head to the Barossa Valley Sculpture Park at Mengler’s Hill, which hosts distinctive pieces of abstract art and offers a 180 degree panorama of the various wineries
- Hire a bike and ride along the many cycling trails that link together the Barossa Valley’s major towns
- Admire the many Lutheran Churches, stone buildings and vineyards while retracing the paths of the early pioneers

Today, enjoy a small small group full-day 4WD tour of Kangaroo Island.
You will be escorted to
Seal Bay for a guided walk amongst the sea-lions basking on the sands.
Journey further south and enjoy a pleasant, easy walk through
the bush and come out at the base of the spectacular and vast dunes of Little
Sahara. Climb the dunes and enjoy stunning views of distant bays and the
serene, rural landscape.
Lunch today is a gourmet picnic complemented by a selection of
beverages.
The north coast beaches of Snellings and Stokes Bay are perfect
for a stroll. Enjoy the sound of waves breaking on the pristine sandy coast, or
if the weather allows, go for a swim in some of the most transparent water, you
will ever experience. Later in the day enjoy a nature walk through the drooping
she-oaks of Lathami National Park and observe the kangaroos and wallabies in
the natural habitat. Also home to the area are the rare Glossy Black Cockatoo,
and great country for the elusive echidna (spiny ant-eater).

Today, discover the diversity of Kangaroo Island's delicious local produce, the passion of the producers, and experience the “paddock to plate” phenomenon.
