Michelle is the founder of South Pacific Journeys, a boutique travel agency specialising in curating culturally immersive holidays to Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific Islands and Africa. Her clients are curious, adventurous and seek authentic travel experiences in exotic destinations.

Michelle, a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) is also a Premier Australia Specialist; one of 20 in Canada and the only Premier Specialist located between Toronto-Montreal-Ottawa. It is a designation given to top selling travel agents with exceptional experience & knowledge in Australia. She is also a 100% GOLD New Zealand, Fiji Maitai, Cook Islands, South Africa and Kenya Specialist. She is a recipient of Tourism Australia’s Opal Award for excellence in promoting and selling Australia. Michelle regularly returns to these regions to maintain her knowledge; to experience first-hand the vast array of product available to her clients and to foster outstanding relationships with suppliers and operators.

Michelle completed her Certificate in Tourism/Wholesale Operations whilst residing in Australia (1991-2006) and has 20+ years experience as both a Corporate & Leisure Travel Advisor.
