We continue to implement our enhanced health and safety program, Lead With Care. Grounded in health care expertise, the program provides guests with added comfort and care as well as a worry-free travel experience.
All guests (age 10 and above) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces on property and when receiving service while in your guest room. Masks are strongly recommended for children aged 2-9 years old.

Following our necessary precautions of our Lead with Care program, kindly be informed that sterilizers are placed at all entrances and throughout the Hotel, guest electronic check-in procedures are encouraged via the Four Seasons App , guest temperature is measured at the Hotel entrance , hand sanitizers are placed on the reception and in all public areas, all public areas are regularly sanitized all cutlery, china and glass wear is sanitized after use and safety instructional signs are placed throughout the hotel.

Our Commitment
As a hotel that actively supports an eco-friendly environment, we offer fresh bed linens and towels to be arranged after the third night of the guests' stay. If you prefer to have your linens changed daily, contact the Housekeeping team directly. Bathroom products bottles are actively re-filled and are placed in eco-friendly containers rather than in the single-use plastic bottles. All hotel beverages are free of plastic straws and stirrers. All light bulbs in our Hotel are LED compliant and QR code dining menu options are available for use.
