• How do I access Wanderlist®?
  On your device (mobile, tablet, or desktop), go to www.virtuoso.com/wanderlist. You can also click on the Wanderlist icon in the top right header section from virtuoso.com.
• Is there a mobile app?
  Wanderlist® is a mobile first web app designed to work on all devices such as a phone, tablet or computer. It's accessed through the browser (not a native application) and can be saved to a user's home screen for easy access. Virtuoso is developing a mobile app that will be downloadable on iOS and android devices in 2023.
• After resetting my password, how do I access my verification authentication code?
  After clicking Send code, you will receive an email at the address you entered. Retrieve the authentication code from that email and re-enter the code into the account creation screen. Then, click Verify code.
• Why are you asking for my country of residence to sign up?
  We are asking for this information to comply with global privacy standards.
• How do I add a target date to my Wanderlist? Are dates required?
  We encourage you to set a target date for when you'd like to travel. On the right-hand side of your screen, click Have a date in mind? where you will be able to select the year and month that you are targeting. Adding a target date is optional.
• How do I change the destination of my Wanderlist?
  We encourage you add one or more destinations to your Wanderlist. Adding a destination(s) filters the thousands of curated experiences to display experiences in the destination(s) of interest to you. On the right-hand side of your Wanderlist you will see a destination section. You can click Add a destination to begin typing or select from the drop-down menu. At this time, destinations are limited to countries and some states and provinces in North America. You can add a city, state or region to the Wanderlist title to identify a more specific destination you are planning. If you want to change a destination that you've already added, simply click the x on the country name. When you add a destination, you will see an image for that destination at the top of your Wanderlist.
• How do I save ideas to a Wanderlist?
  Click on the heart icon that can be found in the bottom right corner of any idea you would like to save. If already in a Wanderlist, the idea will be saved. If browsing elsewhere, follow the prompt to choose a Wanderlist to save the idea to. Then, click Add.
• How do I add my own ideas to a Wanderlist?
  After creating a Wanderlist click the Add Ideas button found at the top of every Wanderlist. Then click on the Add your Own Idea tab. From here you will paste in a link that references your idea in the Save URL https://... area. After the link has been saved, you can open it back up and edit to change the title, description, and interests. You may also choose to add your own idea without a link. These ideas can be viewed and liked by anybody in the Wanderlist.
• How do I save and customize a Wanderlist I see but haven't been invited to?'
  Click the red Save this button on the right-hand side of the screen. If you aren't signed in, you will be prompted to do so. You will then drop into your own personal version of the Wanderlist that inspired you.
• How do I make a copy of my own Wanderlists?
  When looking at a Wanderlist, you will see a settings menu on the top-right side of your screen. From here, click Duplicate. You will then be able to create a new title and customize for a second related Wanderlist.
• How do I share Wanderlists with family/friends or a travel advisor?
  Click Invite a friend in the Friends section on the right-hand side of your Wanderlist to share. You will be prompted to enter your companion's email address, at which point, they will receive an email invitation.
• How can I comment about the Wanderlist with others and who can see the comments?
  On the right-hand side of your Wanderlist, you will see a comment box where you can type any conversation you'd like to share about your Wanderlist ideas. All comments added to a Wanderlist are visible to all members of that Wanderlist.
• How do I delete a Wanderlist?
  Click on the Settings button in the upper right corner of the Wanderlist. Click Delete.
• How do I remove saved ideas on a Wanderlist?
  Click on the red heart icon on the bottom right of the idea. The red color in the heart will unfill and the idea will be removed from your Wanderlist. If somebody else has added an idea in your Wanderlist, you can remove your own like on the idea but you cannot remove it from the Wanderlist entirely. Your friend must take that action themselves.
• How will I know when clients, friends or family have shared something in Wanderlist?
  You will receive a comprehensive email notification at 1pm CT each day, which highlights changes made by companions to any Wanderlists you are tied to. Changes to a Wanderlist include: add ideas, invites a friend, removes a friend, or deletes an idea. Advisor email notification also includes notification when a user creates a Wanderlist account with the advisor invite link.
• What happens with the information when I create a Wanderlist?
  Users who are connected in Wanderlist with their advisor will share all the Wanderlists that they create. If you aren't connected with an advisor, you can add one in the Wanderlist by sending an email invitation. This will allow your travel advisor to share ideas and expertise in the dreaming stage. When you are ready to book, your travel advisor will help you get the trip planning started.
• How do I contact someone with issues I experience?
